A global fintech leader, Acrisure needed an awareness campaign to get prospective personal and business customers to consider switching.
We “summoned” brand ambassador Lionel Richie as a surreal but instantly recognisable creative device, positioning him as the face of trust, familiarity, and reassurance in a category that typically lacks emotional cut-through. Across three scenarios Lionel introduces prospective customers to the best insurance and fintech service provider they’ve never heard of.
The campaign drove a 200% increase in branded search, saw a noticeable lift in ad recall, and performed above industry benchmarks on CTR.
